I still haven't figured out how to kick arse. Can someone help me please with that.

ok here is how you do
First press your ESC button in the top left hand corner of your keyboard.
Next Click No Quarter.
Now Click Controls.
Last Click on Kick. Now press the button you want to be your kick button. (I use CTRL)

or you can bind kick in console........ for example mine is... /bind z +kick.... but, you can use any key that you like.
