how do you notify this website when your going somewhere like a vacation If you are a member so you don't waste any money?

people can inform others that they can't play for a while
(vacation, ....)

well if you look at my status: Administrator, my level: Clan admin.
that means, you'll have to behave and get among other peoples aproval, mine too, to become a member

since the beginning of the clan till now, about three years of hard work, ENDLESS hours of gaming, forums and fixng things
bottom line, unless you got enough time to spare, you will take a long time

You have to apply first to be a member,
and at this point, if your application were to come up, I would vote no.
And I'm sure there is a few others who probably think the same.

Work on not breaking the rules first, would be a good idea.
