Who knows how i can fix this.

When im in TS and in ET i cant hear the game and the volumen is in max (in my pc and in the game), and when someone speaks the game volumen died. If i play without the TS the volumen is good. I think that is the settings but i dont know where to fix it.

You chose the option that makes other aplications mute or lower volume while someone is speaking in Teamspeak; go to tools and setup wizard, that should do it.
