6core x 1 thread or 6core x 2 threads?

I just built a server that I am renting virtual servers to with these specs:

Intel 8core processor 3.8 ghz
16gig DDR3 ram (will upgrade to 32gig soon)
ATI RAGE gfx card
6x hot swap bays (6x 2tb hdds)
RAID 1 & 0 config
10gig intranet connection

It is tapped in to my dual monitors, which are Samsung 24inch LCDs

Running on latest stable version of SLES

Currently running 3 game servers at the moment
