hey now
i have been haveing a problem with some of the play
and looked through the rules and indeed found no rule against this supposed offense
but to me it;s douchery,but it;s a fine line cause i do it a little myself

it;s spawn camping
ill camp by a spawn door and poisen needle as many as i can,
but the covies lately are camping out exits,sometimes all of our exits with sachels
an as you know the kill radious of sachels is insanely big
there by blocking almost the whole team

not to mention the rnades in the door of axis spawn in goldrush

i dont have a solution
and im not nessarly saying anything of importance
im just chokeing on it right now.

it;s just hard not being able to get out of spawn in 5 deaths
thats not how the game was intended to play
but then again neither is FF disabled
so there goes my theiry all shot to hell..\

ps,chuckels,vdb and evo are all noobs :)

I agree Glam (not the noobs part tho)
I hate the satchels at spawns or obj it makes it almost impossible.
But I suppose it aint against the rules but as you say a very fine line between legal and douchebaggery
Only thing I can suggest is less power in satchels and nades..then your taking away gameplay.
It is an excellent topic for debate.

maybe we need to make the spawn a little bigger on a few maps cause man spawning and dying before you even know whats going on sucks

or make the spawn shield last longer... changing rules has a blanket effect and is transparent to regular players who don't really read rules.. I would love to explain the updated rules over and over but I do get weary sometimes.

I personaly say no sapwn camping i dont care if theres another way out dont block the entrance/exit

yea hess is right
the most simple the most effctive solution would be extended spawn shield
you would be able to get out,the the campers right on your porch would soon learn to back off a little..

Well it's a problem with the satchels on certain maps.Example Goldrush: I have seen allies drop satchels right in the doorway to axis last spawnpoint and just detonate as soon as you try to exit.IMHO if you can see them spawning you need to back the F-up.

yes yes well it;s clear and it isnt
i have watched 2 covies camp the exit on supply depo
they are in the room above the stairs waiting for axis to come out

now they have to run through that room to get upstairs
are you saying they cant drop sachels and camp the exit ??
but they are only allowed to run through..see it;s a really thinn line

and on gopldrush i got rnaders,bazzzokas,and sachels all camping the one main exit
np,we have other exits,but theres a certain player who camps that exit with r nades from a distance, getting dominatings !!!

again im just thinking out loud here im not complaining,and im haveing a lot of fun on the rc server
i appricate being able to play here,
god that sounds weird comming from me

If you already know where the mate is hiding just go and kill him, then continue with your hard adventure towards the objective... satchels are a problem...

I know you can shoot nades and make them explode, at least you used to be, is there any way to make the satchel destroyable and detonate when a nade explodes by it like landmines. You can disarm it as an eng but normally covy keeping close watch and you won't get a chance. I just think an explosion by an explosive device should cause it to go boom.

I think that increasing the spawn shield time would work best....decreasing a satchel's damage would make roles uneven...engi's have dynamite, landmine, and RG. Medics have an increase in health....Field ops have arty....covert ops have satchel....soldier have panzer.....decreasing one means decreasing all.....

I don't agree with changing the damage on the grenades but the sachels radius needs decreased not damage.
