how does it work to b a clan member without paying or if u did people say that u have to b accepted into the clan before u can b a member? i wondering bcas i want to be a member. others say that when u get 75k XP then u can be a lvl 7 member.if u do get to be a lvl 7 member would u be able 2 lvl up?

Ok this is a basic way to say it.

1. Gain Respect of the Admins and Members of the RC Clan.
2. Get 75k XP on NQ.
3. Once you got 75k xp, fill out an app to be a member and you will be informed from 2-4 weeks later if you were accepted or declined.

This is how the way it would go if you didn't pay. After a while tho i think you will have to donate to keep your level and membership.

..but whats about the Donations way ? If he Donate he will be in - right ?
You should really explain that into the Rules that they can donate but it isnt that 100 percent that a new - unwanted - player can join or is that wrong ?
