Im not sure if anyone remember's me but my name was >RC|Ironman, anyway i wanna play ET again on RC servers but sadly i tried and it came up with an error and it wont let me connect to the server.

It wouldnt let me take a screenshot so ill just type up what it said

ERROR
Game code (ui_mp_x86.d11) failed Pure Server Check



If game disconnected for invalid PK3 files (after downloading) QUIT your ET and start it again! In case of 'unknown reason', just wait a few seconds and press RECONNECT. For 'hunk alloc error' increase ET memory, set com_hunkmegs 128

Then at the bottom it had QUIT, BACK, RECONNECT
anyone know what to do i tried reconnecting, closing ET and restarting it and restarting my PC :/

u need to run as administrator if ur using anything other than xp

If your running Windows 7 you need to make sure your running the application as a administrator. If that does not correct your issue try reinstalling the game. If neither of those work let me know and I'll figure something else out.

for all who will have same problem next the solutions here:

first off:  its a conflict between punkbuster and some settings (stay inside the allowed parameters...)

other know conflicts =
- Vista & Win7 = run et as Administrator and allowed ET to connect and have permission to have access to your drive.(click:  et.exe/properties/ ...)
- update your PB files (like with pb_sv_update or similar programs who was around into I-Net / google it) !
- you need to update the drivers for your gfx card aswell
- rejust your firewall that ET is allowed to pass everytime !

at laeast you also can run that Game (as Administraor) with compatibillity mode for Vista/Win7 as Win XP SP2, but in most cases you´ll dont need it to do
