I was playing Oasis.  I was an field op and was hurling lots of air strikes in the center area between wall and tunnel.  Near the end of the game Biohazzard claimed that he got killed by one of my airstrikes past the wall, and he said that "I should know better".  He reset my exp.  No warning.  I asked him to set my exp back and I said that if my strike killed past the wall it was an accident, since I certainly wasn't throwing past the wall.  I usually dont have a problem with biohazzard, but the punishment was completely arbitrary and he was fairly unresponsive to me.   Personally, i think he just got sick of getting bottlenecked in the central area and took it out on me.  I am asking to have my exp back.

Hi Shawn & the others RC.
Well I came online just after the incident happened, but I can verify that Bio didn't warned Shawn for doing 'SK', he told me himself.
Also another RCadmin not going to mention his name atm, said that Shawn didn't do SK, but that isn't the case here.
I think Higher Admins have to be the example for the one who are recently in the clan or still learning, first of all Bio didn't follow the protocol, we all know it and we all know how to use it.
So since when are you allowed to take someone's xp after even not warning him?
Okay Shawn has an big amount of XP, but come on? all his xp taken away, without a single warning?
Let's be honest, that's not the way we work.
Rules are for everyone even for members with level 15, and the protocol is made to be used by everyone.
He did something wrong, he also should be warned for that. Being level 15 shouldn't be allowed to be an excuse to do that kinda stuff.
Protocols are protocols.

I think it would be fair enough to give Shawn his XP back.

btw: I have nothing against Bio personally, I 'm just talking about this case.

First: The protocol said: 2 warns then kick then reset the xp
Second: I was watching the sk ( allied second spawn in oasis ) and Shawn didnt sk.
Third: Members need to know the rules before warning, kicking, etc... If u arent sure, please check in forums before.

As Far as I know of There is NO AIR STRIKES past the wall the allias can blow after its been blowen.... I know this becuse i have been warned *****ed at about that from other Memebrs... And thats always been a Rule

the reason why is because david gave that level to me on a different etkey when we had that hacker ban everyone... i just been lazy to switch it over to my other one thats why
