This directly effects you and your Flash game website if you have third party flash games on your site from the MochiMedia feed or from anywhere really. Basically SOPA gives corporate copyright holders the option to take your entire website down (even if you aren't located in the US so don't think you are protected if you aren't in the US) with no judicial review merely on the accusation of copyright infringement of a third party game on your site.

And don't think it won't be abused because DMCA take down notices are already abused today and they are only sent to you and your hosting provider. Remember the EDGE trademark guy? In fact SOPA gives corporate copyright holders the ability to take MochiMedia's whole website down based on a single accusation of copyright infringement.

I have fought against SOPA and PIPA from start Have done everything I can do Hope u all do the same. And for those who think it only effects America, you are wrong, it effect the whole internet that YOU are a part of.

There are rumors right now that the White House has talked about vetoing this bill.  Don't believe them, that is also what was said about the NDAA  (this is the bill that allows them to detain US citizens indefinitely without charges or court appearances)  that was signed into law over the holidays.  The threat to veto is so people will start to not think about it and lower their guard and then they will pass and sign when everyone least expects it.

Found this link on the Drudge Report.  Google already does forms of this already, at the governments request.  There are too many corporations in bed with the government, US is definitely becoming a big brother country.

I dont support it and i think its dumb but its kind of soicitys fault because we keep letting the goverment have control over things it shouldent be able to touch but we just keep letting them have more and more control soon it will come to where something like this is passed if America dosent shap up. After the 1960's America has been going down hill it used to be a very Independant country but now we have china to make all our crap because we dont want to shell out a couple more bucks for something made here. China has basically copyied our fighter jet design and they make so many of the parts that go into our Smart bombs and weapons its not funny. We shouldent even be trading with them in the first place because there communist and America is no supposed to support that crap. But we do dont know why. On a little side note only 5% of chinas economy comes from Exports most of it is in Infrastructer right now. So they are becoming even more modern and are a severe threat to the world. Oh and by the way a lot of the money that China is making they are putting it into Raw resorces and stockpiling so they could easily start a War even if we do finally put an imbargo on there stuff. But I do respect China for being able to get things done and not just sit on there butts but those damn commies. Ok enough rantting and bad spelling for now.

Yeah I heard about this STUFF it is definitely messed up like the internet is my whole life wtf am I going to do if they destroy all I have to live for AH SCREW this MY MID LIFE CRISIS at only age 18 has now got a whole lot worse I am afraid.
